MIBODI RETURNS POLICY

Returning item(s) for a refund or exchange must be made within 2 weeks of receiving the order. All returns must be in their original condition, unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. Returns with signs of use will be rejected and returned to the sender. Any sign or scent including deodorant, having been washed or animal hair will result in the return being rejected. If you have any uncertainties as to whether you’re eligible to return an item, please contact us on mibodiapparel.com. Customers can avail of free returns by keeping their delivery service receipt and emailing a copy to mibodiapparel@outlook.com noting your order number in the email subject line. Please ensure you send returns with a recorded delivery’s service which enables you to track your return. If you wish to return an item please keep all receipts as proof of purchase. We aim to process refunds within 2 working days upon receiving the parcel. Please note, PayPal transactions can take up to 24 hours and credit/debit cards may take up to 5 workings days to appear in your account.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

If you feel your product is defective please send an email to mibodiapparel@outlook.com with photos of the issue. Postage costs to return faulty goods will be reimbursed. If you wish to return an item please keep all receipts as proof of purchase.

 

WARRANTY

Mibodi products come with a 100-day manufactures’ guarantee that commences on the date of the package being dispatched. The warranty covers manufacturing errors only. Mibodi withholds the right of refusing liability.
